Whilst in Canada – Dial 1, enter your password if requested (last 4 digits of your Canadian number), listen to messages.

Outside of Canada - Dial 1, enter your password if requested (last 4 digits of your Canadian number), listen to messages.

Retrieving your voicemail Messages Within China: Dial 1380 0100166, wait for the English announcement, enter your 11 digit China mobile no. followed by the * key. Enter default pass code 1234# when prompted to access your mailbox.

Outside of China: Dial +86 1380 0100166 and follow the same procedure above.

Dial 901 and activate the call.  This may not work in certain countries.  If so, dial the international voicemail retrieval number +44 7802 090 100, when you hear a greeting, press 9.  You may be prompted for a PIN code, if so, enter 1020 to access your messages.

Whilst in Hong Kong – Dial 218, if asked enter default password 0000 and listen to messages.

Outside of Hong Kong – Dial +852 9208 9218, if asked enter default password 0000 and listen to messages.

Retrieving your voicemail Messages Within India:
Voicemail set up can only be done upon arrival in India, please follow these steps:

Go to Menu>Go to settings> Go to call divert> Choose divert calls if busy or no answer>Enter voicemail box number: +919891004747 You have now activated the Voicemail service

To retrieve messages: Dial 4747 and activate the call.

When in Japan: Dial 1416 When outside Japan: Dial +81 90 665 14170 Interrupt the Japanese greeting By entering your 11 digit Japanese mobile number followed by #.

Interrupt the next greeting by entering your pin number 2005 followed by #. Your VoiceMail will now be in English

In NZ: Dial 707, activate call, press 1 to listen to messages

Outside NZ: Dial 707

Whilst in Singapore – Dial 1381, enter default password 1234 and listen to messages.

Outside of Singapore – Dial 1381 or +65 9680 1381, enter your Singapore mobile no., enter default password 1234 and listen to messages.

In South Africa – Dial 100, activate the call, press 1 to listen to messages

Outside South Africa – • Enter + then dial 2783 100 0000, when prompted, enter mailbox no. (this will be the last 9 digits of your SA mobile phone no) followed by the # key. Enter pass code 1020, press 1 to listen to messages

When in UAE: Dial 161 to listen to messages To Listen to messages from a fixed line: Dial 0555 678 161 enter your mobile no. and PIN when prompted. Default PIN is 1020. DO NOT CHANGE PIN – CHARGES WILL APPLY.

Dial 901 and activate the call

Outside of UK:

In the US: Dial 123

Outside the US: Enter +, then dial 1 and your US mobile phone no. Or dial + 1805 637 7243, activate the call, then enter your US mobile phone no., interrupt the greeting by pressing * and when prompted enter code 3333#

If your voicemail requests a PIN, please enter the last 4 digits of your US no.
